We offer varying and modern cooking classes to our customers and are a reliable and competent partner when it comes to development and realization of catering concepts.

Björn Lange

is a trained chef who has gained extensive experience at various Gault Milieu and Michelin highly-rated houses. His experience in the most refined kitchens of the country makes him what he is today, a master in the kitchen. The trained gourmets of Gault Millau and Michelin were regular guests in these houses. The stars and points are a clear recognition of the outstanding achievements of these kitchens, in which he has learned, worked and contributed to their success. Every award from Gault Millau and Michelin is not only praise for his accomplishments as a chef, it is also an incentive to the creativity and quality of the own cuisine.

Among others at Wald- und Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe (17 points and 2 stars), where he absolved his training and at Schloss Rapperswil (17 points and 1 star), his first stop in Switzerland. Being the Deputy head chef at Il Casale (16 points and 1 star) and the Design Hotel Greulich (16 points) in Zurich, he has contributed significantly to their successful opening. Thereafter, he entered the world of catering, aside Arnold Graf Catering Services who worked for formula 1 for nearly two decades as main caterer of the company Sauber Motorsport AG.

Due to the takeover of Arnold Graf Catering Services and the reestablishment of Pure Catering GmbH he pursues to provide highly exclusive service. He is eager to get inspired by faraway countries. His cuisine unites the art of cooking from all cuisines of this world.
